For thousands of years, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples have been telling stories about the creation of their Country, their ancestors and their enduring links to culture and all things sacred to them.

SharingStories Foundation have launched a series of multi-touch books ‘Stories from Country’ which bring these creation stories to life through new technologies.

Dunggula: Murray River is a creation story produced by the Bangerang Nation with the Foundation. It tells of how the landscapes we know today were transformed and created through a journey of magical events covering 2500kms of ground and passing through many traditional boundaries.

To download the multi-touch book, go to Dunggula: The Murray River.
