Darwin based business All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services has shown resilience and the ability to adapt during the Covid pandemic. Find out how they did it.

Janine McDonald and business partner Annette Law have learned that adapting to change is an essential ingredient in business success.

Their company All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services is a Darwin based business with a strong focus on empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, showcasing their skills and leading them to employment.

When Covid-19 hit in 2020, they knew they had to review their services and seek assistance.

‘The support we’ve received from IBA [Indigenous Business Australia] has had a huge impact. It just gave us the breathing space to go, ‘okay, we’re right, they’ve got our back, they’ve always had our back,’ Janine said.

In February 2021 they celebrated their 10 year milestone. Read more about Janine and Annette’s success at The key to 10 years of successful business.
