National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is celebrated across Australia each year between 27 May and 3 June and is an opportunity for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures and achievements.

Learn, share and grow – by exploring our past, learning more about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures, and sharing that knowledge with others.

National Reconciliation Week is celebrated by communities, businesses and individuals at thousands of events across Australia. It is a chance to explore how each of us can contribute to reconciliation.

Explore hidden histories, and develop a deeper understanding of the Australian story. 

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) is celebrated across Australia each year between 27 May and 3 June. These dates commemorate two significant milestones in the reconciliation journey—the anniversaries of the successful 1967 referendum, and the High Court Mabo decision.
