Jobs, Land and Economy
The word WEX with the word Virtual below.

WEX Virtual is an online work exposure platform for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.

WEX Virtual will launch on 18 May 2020. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students around Australia in Years 10, 11 and 12 are invited to participate. WEX Virtual is an online platform that enables WEX students to connect with each other and a team of mentors. Participants will learn about Government careers, develop personal and workplace skills as well as gain career development and life tips. WEX Virtual will include online courses, webinars, monthly e-newsletters, competitions and more.

WEX Virtual is being held instead of WEX Regional, as face-to-face WEX events have been temporarily suspended due to COVID‑19. WEX Virtual will allow existing WEX students to stay engaged with their mentors and career goals. WEX Virtual also provides an opportunity for new students to get involved in WEX.
