Resources for Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs)
Communications resources for Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations (ACCHOs) that offer COVID-19 vaccines.
Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services (ACCHSs) are key to a successful COVID-19 vaccine rollout. As of May 2021, there are more than 100 ACCHSs providing COVID-19 vaccines to the community.
The Department of Health has developed resources and templates to support ACCHSs in their work.
ACCHSs can download, edit and print these resources to use in their health clinics and practices.
Materials include:
- Posters for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health clinics/practices
- Fact sheets that can be distributed to patients, including an image-based version which is easier to understand for patients whose first language is not English
- Social media tiles to promote your clinic as a vaccination site
- Videos about the COVID-19 vaccine
- Web graphics
- Pull up banners that can be displayed in health clinics/practices
Resources are continually being added so check back or contact the Department of Health at the email address below if you are looking for a specific communication material.
