Phase 2 of the CATSI Act Review Consultation now open.

The CATSI Act Review Draft Report is now available and Phase 2 of consultation has commenced. Feedback on the draft report can be provided in a number of different ways including by making a written submission, completing an online survey or by participating in a virtual consultation session.

The Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (CATSI Act) is the legislation that establishes the role of the Registrar of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations and provides for a special form of incorporation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander corporations.
