Milparanga EMERGING Leadership Program

27 March to 1 April 2022 (6 days)

Cairns, Queensland

For emerging leaders who would like to be introduced to leadership concepts to:

• Be challenged to grow and learn by stepping outside your comfort zone
• Become a confident public speaker
• Develop your understanding of Indigenous leadership, history and legacy
• Develop skills and be guided on how to make a positive change

Milparanga ESTABLISHED Leadership Program 

11 to 18 May 2022 (8 days)

Broome, Western Australia

For experienced community, sector and industry leaders who would like to:

• Have a positive impact in your community, sector or industry and support others to act
• Build confidence as a leader in your community to influence change.
• Develop your confidence to use your voice, networks, personal story and experience to influence change
• Let go of ideas and actions that are holding you back and focus on what will allow you to have a positive impact
• Learn how to communicate effectively to resolve conflict
• Explore a personal leadership challenge with others
